6. The Emery Sapp & Son School-to-Work program for Juniors and Seniors has been moved from today to next Monday, January 30th at 1:30 PM in the Auditorium. If you are off campus for Job Shadow or Internship, please make plans to be here next Monday to hear about the many employment opportunities that ESS offers.
7. Mrs. Smith will be giving ACT Prep tips/strategies in Ms. Armstrong’s room tomorrow starting at 11:20 AM. This week’s focus will be on the English portion of the ACT
8. Freshmen: Don’t forget to be working on your Happy Notes in CAT Time. You can give them to your teacher when finished. These are due by next Wednesday, February 1st.
9. Due to possible incoming weather, the ASVAB has been postponed. Juniors will not be taking the test on Wednesday. We will reach out to juniors and teachers once a new date has been determined.
10. Reminder for Baseball players. We have concession stand duty tonight for the basketball tournament. See Coach Jayne if you need to know what shift you are scheduled for. First shift is 5-7. Second shift is 7-9.
Game Day!! Bowling Green Tourney starts tonight at 5:30 pm. There will be 2 games in the High School gym and 2 games in the Middle School Gym.
The JV boys game on 1/28/23 at Louisiana High School has been cancelled.
