Bowling Green, MO – The Bowling Green R-1 School District is proud to announce that Mr. Joe Chinn has been selected as the next principal of Bowling Green High School. Following an extensive search process that attracted a strong and competitive field of candidates, Mr. Chinn emerged as the top choice due to his deep commitment to the community and his extensive experience within the district.
Mr. Chinn has been a dedicated member of the Bowling Green R-1 family for over a decade, serving in various roles that have allowed him to positively impact students, staff, and the broader school community. Congratulations to our high school student Lyla Kent who was selected as the winner of the 100th Annual BG Tourney Logo Contest during her Sports Marketing Class last semester. She gets the opportunity to sign the new banner first. Any current players or past players and coaches are asked to sign the banner when they attend the tourney next week. The 100th Annual BG Tourney will start on Monday at 5:30 pm.
